At Kitchenware LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at pot@getkitchenware.net.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
